Hiring - HR Delivery Truck Driver
Broome & Kimberley WA

About the role
As a Delivery Truck Driver for PCD, you will be responsible for safe and timely delivery of goods to our customers across the Kimberley region. This role involves a combination of driving, loading/unloading, and customer interaction.

Key responsibilities
Deliver orders to customers in a safe and efficient manner
Load and unload delivery vehicles.
Ensure accuracy of orders and delivery documentation
Provide excellent customer service at all delivery points
Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report any issues
Assist with general warehouse duties when required

About you
Valid HR driver's licence or MR as minimum.
Good driving record and knowledge of transport road safety regulations
Fit ability to perform manual handling and lifting
Strong work ethic
Reliability for early starts and possibly long days when required.
Good communication and customer service skills
Forklift licence (LF) – but is highly regarded
Able to work as a team and autonomously when required.

We are incredibly proud to announce that PCD - Pearl Coast Distributors has once again been named a WA Regional Finalist in the FSAA Foodservice Distributor of the Year Awards for 2026!

After the absolute honour of taking home WA Regional Foodservice Distributor of the Year in 2025, being recognised as a finalist again in 2026 means so much to our entire PCD team.

Operating from regional WA comes with its challenges, but our team works incredibly hard every day to keep the Kimberley supplied and supporting our customers across the Kimberley including Broome, South of Broome, Derby, Fitzroy, Halls Creek and everything in between.

This recognition belongs to our entire PCD crew — from our warehouse and drivers to purchasing, administration and management. It takes every single person working together to make PCD what it is, and we couldn't be prouder of them.

After having the absolute honour of winning this category in 2025, to be recognised as a finalist again in 2026 means so much to our entire PCD family.
