A crowd favourite at Papá Fuego - empanadas. Choose between sweet potato, provolone and caramelized onion, or pulled chicken, mango, lime with smoky spiced peppers. Or get both to make everyone happy.

Good news Broome - your favourite salsa class and dancefloor is back on Friday.

After dinner, we'll dim the lights, push the tables back and turn up the music for a night of salsa dancing and our signature cocktails.

Our Latin party turns up from 9pm with DJ .z with salsa taking over the restaurant from 9.30pm - 10.30pm.

We'll be going til late serving up cocktails and the steamiest vibes in town. Free salsa class and free entry all night.

We’re back for another steamy Friday night. Latin party with DJ Jøhn'Z 🇨🇴 John Stiven Velez from 9pm - late and salsa with Glou from 9.30pm - 10.30pm.

What a weekend! We LOVED having you join us for salsa dancing Friday night, and tables full of our fiery dishes and good vibes. Bookings are filling up quickly for the week ahead, and keep an eye out for our next salsa class dates to be announced soon!
