Our sushi shop up in Broome, WA is hiring! 🍣 If you are currently on a Working Holiday Visa (WHV) and want a real pathway to staying in Australia permanently, we want to hear from you.

The Role: Sushi Shop Kitchen Hand / All-Rounder

* What you'll be doing: Rolling sushi, mixing bubble tea, prepping ingredients, handling the till, and keeping things running smoothly.

What We're Looking For:

* English skills: Good enough to chat with customers and handle daily shop life.
* Experience: Kitchen experience is preferred but we provide full training.
* Attitude: Eager to learn, great at multi-tasking, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

The Pay & Perks:

* While on your WHV: $33 AUD/hour at around 40 hours a week (includes weekend shifts).

* The Future: If you’re a great fit, we can sponsor your work visa! You'll move to a salary of $71,000 AUD/year (which includes four weeks of paid annual leave ✈️). This visa path leads straight to PR and citizenship.

The Best Part? We are backed by the Kimberley DAMA (Designated Area Migration Agreement). This means the entry barriers are lower: you only need an IELTS average of 5, and you can score your Permanent Residency (PR) after just 3 years! 🎉

We are a busy, everyday takeaway spot, not a fancy fine-dining restaurant. The work is straightforward and easy to pick up!

Things are pretty good here at the Broome Boulevard.

We have good parking, good air conditioning, good selection of shops (big & small), good sushi 🙇, etc.

But I think we can all agree that recently it was missing one very important thing....

Good coffee!
