Chatting with a colleague a while back & I mentioned how many orders I had of late for the good old Vanilla Chiffon Cake! And they were in disbelief!

It is one of those Cakes that they teach you when you are first learning! Its an oldie, but a goodie! And a favourite for a reason. It is simple & beautiful.

The Chiffon Tin has little legs on the top & you invert the tin & allow the Cake to cool upside down!

And here at Luscious it comes with hand made Vanilla Custard & fresh Passionfruit!

Just this morning, I took delivery of some new Dark Chocolate, so it seems only right! Right?!

Happy Monday? Is everyone okay after that storm ripped through yesterday afternoon?

We watched from the saftey of the dining room picture window as it tore in & snapped our neighbour's tv antenna right in front of our faces! Branches & leaves everywhere!

That was pretty dramatic!

We had another fantastic trek on Country in the afternoon! Even saw an old Goanna lazily saunter across the path in front of us & many many snake tracks! So fantastic how a simple walk can quiet the mind!
