Adria Murcia runs Caliu Catering, providing service to the Gold Coast and Brisbane. His food is full of the flavours and textures of Spain and the Mediterranean - vibrant and fresh.
Recently Caliu added a boxed tiramisu to their food range. It's packed ready to party, the $60 tiramisu serving 12 people (as seen in photo).
Adria gifted us a tiramisu to try. It's light and creamy, silky smooth in flavour and texture without being overwhelmed by coffee flavour. Just perfect! The taste even improved on the second day.
To serve, you could sift a little icing sugar or cocoa onto the plate and top with fresh strawberries and your tiramisu is ready to go.
