Fresh pasta, seasonal plates, steak done properly and a bottle of something good in the middle of the table. At Sauce, the menu is made for sharing, passing plates around and settling in for the night.

We’re a little 30 seat neighbourhood bistro in Ashgrove, so Friday and Saturday nights feel intimate, relaxed and just lively enough.

Last Thursday, we welcomed our guests for an unforgettable evening celebrating Manjimup fresh black truffle, beautiful produce and the joy of cooking together with French legend chef Romain.
