A SWEET DAY AT ALIA GELATO 🍨📚

What a day we had at the shop last Thursday! We were lucky enough to welcome a group of 40+ children from home educating families through our doors for a hands-on excursion into the world of gelato.

From learning how our gelato is made from scratch, to hearing about the flavours, ingredients and the passion (and science!) behind every batch, the kids brought so much curiosity and energy into the shop. And of course, there were plenty of tastings along the way — we love seeing little faces light up trying new flavours for the first time!

A huge thank you to the parents and educators who organised the visit and trusted us to be part of their learning day. Moments like these are exactly why we love being part of this community — sharing our craft, sparking curiosity, and making memories one scoop at a time.

Tonight — Milton by Moonlight lights up Cribb Street, 4–10pm. Fire pits, Glühwein, 140+ stalls.

Tomorrow — the regular are back, 7am–1pm, for your Sunday morning fruit and veg run.

Either way, we’re just 5 minutes down the road on Park Road — the perfect finish to a market morning (or night). 🇮🇹

For those who don’t know, Sherbeth Festival is one of the most prestigious gelato events in the world, celebrating the artistry, passion and craft that goes into every scoop. To be invited to be part of it is a true honour — and a moment we’ll treasure for a long time.
