This bowl has no business being this loaded 😭🔥 Roast Duck Malatang Noodles — braised duck, silky rice noodles, tofu, bean sprouts, greens and wood ear mushrooms all swimming in a rich, spicy broth that's been boiling for 7 HOURS 🕐

Two sets of chopsticks means you're sharing. One bite means you're not 😤🍜

📝"🥢🔥 Solo Slurp Session at Gui Kitchen 🔥🥢
Dropped into Gui Kitchen for a solo carb mission.

I ordered the low-spice luosi pork knuckle noodle ($24.90) which featured a tender pork knuckle, teeny tiny snails and other toppings like bamboo shoots and veggies. The noodles disappeared fast. Thankfully, one free refill is a thing. Round two hit just as good.

Also couldn’t resist:
🍔 Chinese pork burger – $8.90. Crispy, juicy, oily in the best way.
🍖 Spicy beef skewers (5pc) – $8.50. Skinny, not-so-spicy, addictive.

Final count: 2 serves of noodles, 1 burger, plus 5 skewers in about 75 minutes. Also got a can of coke for free cos I'd bought a combo deal (noodles + skewers)!"

I absolutely loved the bready texture of the bun with the well spiced beef. A great little snack.

Loved the subtle mala taste. Again, super huge serving size. "
