Today we gathered to farewell Trystyn as he heads off for an exciting new chapter up north. Thank you for everything you've contributed during your time with us. We wish you all the very best and every success in your next adventure!

We also had a surprise visitor when Georgia popped in to say hello. It was wonderful to see her again! She's loving life in Canberra... although she's not quite as fond of the chilly weather. ❄️😂

And finally, today was the first day for our new Duty Manager, Chey. Please join us in giving Chey a warm Geebung RSL welcome. We're excited to have you as part of the team and look forward to working with you.

Recently, our wonderful Chef Preet received the exciting news that she has been granted Permanent Residency in Australia!

Preet has been a valued member of the Geebung RSL family for nearly 7 years, creating delicious meals and always bringing a smile to those around her. We couldn't be happier for her as she celebrates this incredible achievement.

As if that wasn't exciting enough, Preet is also expecting her second child in July! 👶💕

To celebrate, the team surprised her with a gift basket packed with some iconic Aussie favourites, including Vegemite, Tim Tams and Shapes biscuits.

This July, our Marketing Manager Holly is saying goodbye to her ponytail and taking part in the Ponytail Project to raise funds for Cancer Council Queensland.

Not only will she be cutting off her hair, but her ponytail will be donated to help create wigs for people undergoing cancer treatment. ❤️
