What a wonderful morning! 💙

Today we had the pleasure of welcoming the Prep students from Ascot State School to visit our shop. It was fantastic to see so many smiling faces, curious minds, and excited little shoppers.

Being part of our local community is something we truly value, and it was a privilege to share a little of what we do with the next generation. Thank you to the amazing students and teachers for spending time with us—we hope you enjoyed your visit as much as we enjoyed having you!

We've been loving all the great feedback on the Austin Baking Co Organic Sourdough range! 🥖💚

Customers are telling us they love the flavour, texture and quality of these delicious loaves, made with Certified Organic wheat and proudly baked in Queensland.

If you already love a Reuben sandwich, these Reuben-style stuffed baked potatoes from are for you.⁠

Made with ingredients picked up from her local , they're packed with all the classic Reuben flavours in a cosy, family-friendly dinner.⁠

For each potato, mix the fluffy centre with:⁠
• ½ cup chopped corned silverside⁠
• ¼ cup Swiss cheese⁠
• ¼ cup sauerkraut⁠
• ¼ cup Thousand Island dressing⁠
⁠
Stuff it back into the potato, top with more Swiss cheese and bake until golden and bubbling. Finish with extra dressing and sliced pickles.⁠
⁠
This is a great way to use leftover corned silverside to make a cosy winter dinner for the whole family… but also, pile on a tray and serve for game day.
