We’re looking for an experienced, energetic Front of House Barista to join our team! If you thrive in a bustling environment, love crafting incredible drinks, we’d love to hear from you.
* Employment Type: Part-Time or Casual
* Availability: Must be available to work both Saturday and Sunday (weekend availability is required)
What You’ll Be Doing
- Crafting high-quality espresso beverages and specialty non-coffee drinks with precision and care.
- Greeting guests, taking orders, and delivering exceptional customer service with a warm, welcoming attitude.
- Managing front-of-house flow efficiently during peak busy hours.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and stocked espresso bar and dining area.
- Working seamlessly with the team to keep the energetic vibe going.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: Minimum 3+ years of hands-on barista experience in a high-volume setting.
- Non-Coffee Expertise: Proven experience preparing specialty non-coffee beverages (e.g., matcha, specialty teas, signature iced drinks, or craft lattes).
- Speed & Efficiency: Ability to multitask and maintain high quality under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer Focus: Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills—you genuinely love connecting with people.
- Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and fully available for weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday).
