We Are Hiring! We are seeking a reliable, motivated, and experienced Kitchen Hand / Food Prep to join our energetic brunch team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love great breakfast food, and work well within a team, we want to hear from you!
Position Type: Casual / Part-time
Hours: 24 to 35 hours per week
Roster: Monday, and Wednesday through Sunday (Tuesdays off)
Shift Times: Day shifts only (brunch hours)
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle kitchen preps according to menu recipes
- Maintain a clean, hygienic, and organized kitchen workstation at all times
- Wash dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment efficiently to keep up with café demand.
- Assist with receiving deliveries, rotating stock, and ensuring proper food storage.
- Adhere strictly to food safety and health and safety regulations.
Experience & Requirement:
- Past experience working in a café kitchen is required
- Understanding of food handling and basic cooking techniques
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure during peak brunch rushes
