Celebrate Poland's Constitution Day with us on Sunday, 3rd May!

Come along for a kransky BBQ between 11am and 1pm, then enjoy free cultural performances by our Polish Community groups starting at 1.30pm.

On Sunday, 19th April 2026, President of "Polonia" Mr Stan Macionis joined Vice-President of Rada Naczelna Polonii Australijskiej / Polish Council of Australia Inc. Mr Henryk Kurylewski during Holy Mass celebrated at Our Lady of Victories Church, Bowen Hills, Brisbane, commemorating the innocent victims of the 1940 Katyń massacre, as well as the victorious Polish heroes of the 1944 "Battle of Monte Cassino", also known as the "Battle for Rome".

During Holy Mass, the new sztandar of SPK Branch No. 8 was blessed and commissioned. A commemorative roll call of the fallen followed Holy Mass and wreaths were laid by the following Polish community representatives underneath a remembrance plaque:

W tę sobotę – oryginalny spektakl o doświadczeniach polskich migrantów w Australii! Prezentowany przez Klub Miłośników Poezji przy Polonii, występ oparty jest na osobistych doświadczeniach jego członków i przyjaciół, a jego celem jest zarówno rozrywka, jak i głęboki kontakt z publicznością. Gwarantujemy śmiechu, kiwnięcia głowami ze zrozumieniem, a może nawet łzy wzruszenia.

Idealny dla polskich migrantów, a także dla osób, które chcą lepiej zrozumieć doświadczenia swoich rodzin związane z migracją do Australii. Podczas spektaklu będą mówić glownie po polsku, więc aby w pełni zrozumieć i cieszyć się spektaklem, wymagana jest przynajmniej podstawowa znajomość języka polskiego.

Sobota, 18 kwietnia 2026 r., godz. 15:00–16:30 w dolnej sali w Polskim Klubie w Milton. Bar będzie otwarty, oferując napoje alkoholowe i bezalkoholowe, herbatę i kawę.

Great for Polish migrants, as well as people who want to better understand their family’s experience in migrating to Australia. Some English will be used in the performance but at least a base level of Polish is required to fully understand and enjoy the performance.

Saturday 18 April 2026, 3pm – 4.30pm in the Events Hall at The Polish Club Milton. The bar will be open for alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, tea and coffee.
