The weather outside is calling for Duck à l’Orange 🇫🇷

This week at La Cache à Vin, we’re serving a whole Wimmera Gold duck, designed for four, with creamy mash, Brussels sprouts and of course that classic orange sauce.

Alexis has already picked the wine to go with it.
Olivier Pithon ‘Cuvée Laïs’ a beautiful Grenache blend from the Côtes du Roussillon.

One duck, four people and a very good bottle of red.

As promised… Alexis tableside, carving our 1kg Tomahawk special 🇫🇷🥩

A little French theatre, a very sharp knife and an absolutely exceptional piece of meat.

Big, generous and delicious… exactly how we like to do things at La Cache à Vin.
