Nuestro café es recolectado a mano y sometido a un cuidadoso proceso de beneficio y secado, seleccionando los mejores granos de cada cosecha para obtener un producto de primera calidad. Contamos con un proceso de producción tradicional que emplea hasta 50 campesinos caficultores en época de cosecha, cuyo trabajo se ve reflejado en un café de excelentes características. Notas de caramelo, almendra

y chocolate deleitan el olfato y el paladar, mientras el delicado equilibro de atributos produce un sabor suave que dura en la boca. Hand picked, milled and dried with the utmost care, only high grade beans are selected for our prime quality product. Based on a labour intensive traditional approach, our processes incorporate environmentally friendly procedures that pay respect to the fertile land we have been blessed with. Thus, the work of over half a hundred men and women during season, is rewarded with a produce of excellent characteristics. Caramel, almond and chocolate notes amuse the nose and palate, while the fine balance of attributes yields a mild flavour that lasts in the mouth.
