**NO OKTOBERFEST.

JUST REALLY BIG BEERS. **

We’re not doing an Oktoberfest event this year, but that doesn’t mean we’re ignoring the important stuff like some stein and drink in specials!

Steins.

We’ve got White Lies steins available to buy, and you can refill them with any b**r you like for special Oktoberfest prices!

But if you’re feeling appropriately German, we’ve got 6 German b**rs on tap, plus plenty more German b**rs in cans if you want to take the party home.

And hey — if you want to dress up, we strongly encourage it.
Lederhosen? Absolutely.
Dirndl? Go for it.
Entirely unnecessary but highly entertaining German outfit? Even better.

No official Oktoberfest.
No organised activities.
Just big steins, good b**r and a very loose interpretation of Oktoberfest.

We said, “Fine.”

Then, almost immediately…

**“What about the Hard Creaming Soda?”**

We said no.

You asked again.

We ignored you.

You kept asking.

So obviously…

**WE PUT IT IN CANS.**

**HARD CREAMING SODA IS NOW IN CANS.**

All the boozy, fizzy, creamy-soda nonsense you love — now in a can, because apparently that’s what we’re doing now.

You ask.
We cave.

**FIRE STRATA FRESH STOCK **

Fresh Fire Strata is rolling off the canning line and we’re getting the new batch into the fridges.

Which means we need to make a little room…

There is **absolutely nothing wrong with the current stock**. It’s in date, it’s delicious and it’s still very much worth drinking.

We’re just being fussy and want the fridges full of the fresh stuff.

So for a very limited time:

**FIRE STRATA — $50 A CARTON**

Once the old stock is gone, it’s gone — and the fresh batch will take its place on the shelves.

HOSPITALITY SUPERVISOR WANTED

White Lies Brewing is looking for an experienced Hospitality Supervisor to join our team.

We’re an independent brewery and bar with great b**r, great food, functions and plenty happening. We’re looking for someone who knows hospitality, enjoys working with people and can confidently take charge of a shift.

THE ROLE
We’re looking for someone with at least 2 years’ hospitality experience who can hit the ground running.
Previous supervisory experience is preferred, and strong customer service or team leadership experience from a retail environment will also be considered.

You’ll need to be able to:
• Confidently run a shift and lead a team
• Deliver great customer service
• Keep things running smoothly during busy periods
• Handle functions and larger groups
• Support and guide other staff
• Deal confidently with customers and resolve issues
• Maintain high standards across the bar and venue
• Work well independently and as part of a team
• Take initiative and get things done

WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO BRING
• Minimum 2 years’ hospitality experience
• Previous supervisory or senior experience preferred
• Function experience
• Strong customer service skills
• Confidence leading a team
• Good communication and a hands-on attitude

Craft b**r knowledge is a bonus — but, we can help with that part!

THE DETAILS
Primarily based at WL2 in Seventeen Mile Rocks
Some shifts at our Sumner venue when required
Ideally Thursday – Saturday availability
Hospitality Industry Award – Level 3, dependent on experience

Wedding b**rs are a thing. And yes, we do them.

Sophie & Dan recently had their very own custom b**rs made for their wedding day — personalised cans, their names, their date and a very good excuse to have a b**r.

We hope the happy couple had an absolute cracker of a day and that the guests got a nice surprise when these little beauties turned up.

🚨 WEEKEND HOURS UPDATE 🚨

A little heads up if you’re planning a visit to WL2 this weekend — we’ve got a couple of changes to our usual setup.

SATURDAY
The whole venue will be closed until 5pm for a private function.

From 5pm, we’re open to the public as usual — b**rs, food and good times.

SUNDAY
We’re celebrating with the St Cats Soccer Club Awards Day, so from 3:30pm the main bar area will be closed.

The good news? You can still come in!

To all the dads, stepdads, grandads, father figures, bonus dads, and anyone who fills that role — however it looks for you — Happy Father’s Day!

We’re excited to welcome White Lies Brewing to BEERMUDA, joining Hiker Brewing Co. and Slipstream Brewing for one big day across three epic breweries.

Hop aboard a free bus and make your way around BEERMUDA, with buses running between all three breweries approximately every 30 minutes.
