Gluten free b**r drinkers, we’ve got some VERY good news for you.

Baja is now pouring TWØBAYS Japanese L***r on tap, full strength, properly crisp, and genuinely one of the best gluten free b**rs going around.

And the best bit? We’re currently the only place in Brisbane pouring it on tap.

Georgia’s got the full rundown, but basically, gluten free no longer means settling for whatever’s hiding at the back of the drinks fridge.

Cold tap b**r + tacos. As it should be. 🌮🍺

Nothing on a Baja plate is there just to look pretty. Every colour, texture and tiny finishing touch has a job to do when you finally take that first bite.

And yes, our Tuna Tostada is VERY good-looking. Raw tuna. Green mango salad. Salmon caviar. Jalapeño mayo. Crunch underneath it all. A little sweet, a little heat, fresh, salty, creamy.

You eat with your eyes first. Phone second. Mouth third. We know the drill.

Tromba tequila, agave, pineapple, lime, crème de menthe, coconut vanilla foam and dark chocolate shavings.

Fresh, creamy, minty, chocolatey, with enough tequila to remind you this is, in fact, not a dessert.

Although we fully support ordering it as one.
