Fun fact for the trivia heads 🧠🏏

Our Long Room shares its name with the most famous room in cricket, the one at Lord's, London. Back in the 1700s, ‘long rooms’ beside the pitch were where you'd eat and drink, and today it's the room every player has to walk through to reach the field, past two centuries of paintings and a room full of MCC members ready to heckle on the way out.

Ours is the same idea, minus the blazers (and most of the heckling).

If that's the kind of fact that gets your brain going, Wednesdays are for you. Quiz Meisters run the best pub trivia in South Bank, every Wednesday from 6.30pm. Gather your brainiacs.
