There's a short window most evenings at Ceylon Inn where the lamps are lit and the daylight hasn't fully gone, both light sources working the room at the same time.

A lot of what makes Ceylon Inn feel the way it does isn't the big room — it's the small things. The carved stone pillar by the bar. The figurine nobody quite remembers the story of. The water feature wall that catches every lamp in the room.

We think it's worth a slow look next time you're in.
