Lamb madras
Where lamb meets curry oh my !
Lot of my friends insist on goat than lamb but my experience says lamb any day is the winner as long its cooked to perfection.
Lamb is the only items we struggle to keep up with.
Last night ran out of lamb shank and lamb cutlets at the same time and were running low on lamb madras.
Just finished lamb prep for all three dishes and having my knock off meal and drinks.
Oh I forgot lamb raghu as well which is getting cooked tomorrow morning.
