-  Have some experience in working in a cafe or restaurant environment. 
- Having excellent customer service skills are essential and you must be able to communicate well with customers and staff. 
-  Able to work with a rotating roster with hours 10am to 9pm between Monday to Saturday.
- Must be prepared to do all levels of restaurant work.
