I Should Coco is a Brisbane based coconut soft serve company producing freshly made dairy free soft serve like no other. We are the first and only business in Australia to make our own fresh soft serve on site using natural plant based ingredients. We trade at Boundary Street Markets and Brisbane Vegan Markets. This beautifully restored 1974 Volkswagen Kombi has been professionally modified for food service and is ready for its next chapter.
