Ever had carpaccio? 👀
 
An Italian classic, carpaccio is made by slicing raw beef incredibly thin, then dressing it simply to let the quality of the meat shine.
 
At OTTO Brisbane, we use Tajima Wagyu MBS 7+ and finish it with truffle dressing, aioli, capers, Parmigiano-Reggiano and peppery rocket.
