Les Bubbles Brisbane's favourite steak experience! Les Bubbles is a Parisian steakhouse on the corner of Wickham and Little Street in Fortitude Valley.

The restaurant is forged in the very same building that housed the illegal casino, bath-house and brothel at the centre of the Fitzgerald Inquiry. And while the card decks and kerb servers are all but gone, the building’s colourful history remains pinned to every wall. From a culinary standpoint, Les Bubbles places an emphasis on quality ingredients in their simplest form. We serve comfort food in

a way you’re not yet familiar, and we drink while we eat. In fact, we drink a lot while we eat. Combining good food with a good drop is a pure pleasure, especially when done in an establishment with atmosphere to match. Steak frites – known by many as the national dish of France – is the centrepiece of the Les Bubbles menu. We serve it from 5pm until late (and for lunch Friday through to Sunday), and we treat it as we would our most prized possession. We sear the steak to your liking, before serving it with bread, salad, plenty of sauce and bottomless frites. We don’t believe in quotas, so ask once, ask again, and we will keep on bringing our signature frites to your table. Les Bubbles welcomes all, and as such, both vegetarian and pescatarian eaters will feel right at home. For any curious individuals, a change of scenery is available by wandering down a single flight of stairs. It’s there that you will find Bubbles Bath-House, featuring a fully functional, 15-person spa bath, and enough alcohol to fill it twenty times over. Ask for a drink anytime shy of 3am and your request will be serviced in exactly the manner you desire.
