Sassafras is a sustainable, dog friendly café in a restored worker’s cottage and hidden courtyard in Paddington, Brisbane. Sassafras is your go-to Cafe for premium specialty coffee. Try our all day breakfast and lunch menu with plenty of gluten-free and vegan options available. Indulge in our freshly baked cakes, slices and muffins, shakes & smoothies that are all made here in our café restaurant in Paddington, Brisbane.
