We all knew this one had to be something different, something truly authentic and unique that celebrates the produce, the people, and the connection that has grown over the past decade.
We’ve stripped away all the fuss and fancy to create a grounded, hands-in-the-earth, boots-on-the-land experience.
Authentic. Rustic. Hearty. Delicious.
Last week our and Tommerup’s families gathered at Tommerup’s Farm where we quite literally sowed the seeds for our Forage to Feast experience.
The heirloom seed varieties selected from collection will now form the foundation of our menu. Freshly picked by our guests, the greens and root vegetables will add something extra special to Tommerup’s milk-fed pork, complemented by the flavours of wood-fire cooking.
There’ll be freshly baked Harry’s bread, lathered with freshly churned butter, ready to mop up every last morsel, nothing left behind.
It’s true what they say: a meal tastes better when you’ve worked for it. Experience the joy and privilege of eating right at the source, truly knowing where your food comes from.
Immerse yourself in the experience, milk the cows, separate cream and churn butter, harvest fresh produce, and walk the farm before gathering beneath the gum trees to feast alongside fellow food lovers.
