We're looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Front of House (FOH) All Rounder to join the team at Franc Cafe in New Farm, QLD 4005. As a casual team member, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for our customers.
Your main responsibilities will include greeting customers with a smile, taking orders with accuracy and efficiency, serving food and drinks promptly, and ensuring the cleanliness of the dining area. In addition, you will be responsible for processing payments, handling cash transactions, and providing excellent customer service at all times.
To be successful in this role, you must have a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a strong attention to detail. Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable, but training will be provided for the right candidate.
