Every prawn, every fillet, every oyster on our menu is Australian. Not most of it. All of it.
We start as close to home as the season allows. Moreton Bay first, then South East Queensland, then Queensland, then the rest of the country. When the local catch is good, that's what's on your plate. When it's out of season or not available, we go a little further.

Walk-ins welcome, bookings encouraged.
