A new season calls for a new menu, with fresh seasonal produce and plenty to savour. From Ch*****ne Lobster with peas, beurre blanc and pak choi to mozzarella ravioli, there’s something new to discover.

For the meat lovers, our 150g Tri Tip features Carrara Wagyu F1 by Kilcoy, grain-fed for 350+ days and graded MB7–8+.

A taste of the Australian coast, served at Batica.

In collaboration with Humpty Doo Barramundi, we’re putting one of Australia’s favourite native fish centre stage on 16 October.

Expect a dedicated menu celebrating barramundi from sea to grill, from crispy-skin barramundi and tail spaghettini to barramundi from the grill, alongside fresh coastal favourites.
