A HEARTFELT THANK YOU, NEWSTEAD ❤️

We’re saying goodbye to our Newstead store.
After much consideration, we’ve decided to close our Newstead store when our current lease comes to an end.
Our last day of trading will be Friday, 21 Aug 2026.
It’s been a privilege to serve this community, and we’re truly grateful to everyone who has stopped by for a bowl, brought a friend, or made us part of your healthy lifestyle.
Your support has meant so much to us.
But this isn’t goodbye to Hello Bibimbap(Bibimbap&Grill).

Our Sweet Potato & Kimchi Special Bowl has come to an end, but you can still enjoy our house-made vegan kimchi at a special winter price by adding it to any bowl.🌶️
Our new Chicken Avocado 🥑Special has just arrived!(available exclusively at our Fortitude Valley and Newstead stores!) Fresh avocado, paired with our house-made creamy avocado dressing, makes the perfect addition to any chicken bowl. It's fresh, creamy, and full of flavour.👍

Does our kimchi look spicy because it's so red?

At Bibimbap & Grill, we use plenty of red capsicum to create that beautiful vibrant colour, along with quality Korean chilli powder that are rich in colour but very mild in heat.
So while our kimchi looks bright red, the spice level is very low.
This winter, you can add our fresh kimchi as a topping to your Sweet Potato bowl for just $1.50 and enjoy a healthy, flavourful boost to your meal.
We also have freshly made, unfermented kimchi available for purchase if you prefer a fresher taste.
