Some stories remind us why we do what we do. 🥹✨
A few days ago, a lovely family walked through our doors. Their son looked to be around high school age, full of teenage energy. But what the mother shared with our team afterwards left us deeply, incredibly moved.
She told us that sixteen years ago, she first arrived in Australia on a working holiday. Like so many dreamers, she eventually decided to plant roots here, build a home, and start a family. But through all the beautiful, busy years of raising a child and building a life down under, there was one thing she always carried in the back of her mind—the taste of our steakhouse from back then.
Sixteen years. A whole chapter of life.
When she sat at our table with her husband and their teenage son, and took that first bite of the flavor she had missed for over a decade, she said she finally felt like she was back in time.
Hearing her look at us and say, "We waited sixteen years for you to come back," is something our team will never, ever forget.
This is why we fought so hard to reopen our doors. We aren’t just serving plates of sizzling steak or hot soup; we are serving memories, a piece of someone's youth, and a bridge across the years.
To every single one of you who kept us in your hearts, and to those who waited for us through the years: thank you. We are finally back home, and we are so honored to be part of your stories once again. 🐮💛🥩
