A local perspective on our Berry Matcha: We’ve had some great feedback lately on our House-made Berry Matcha, and it usually comes back to one specific thing: the jam.

Unlike a standard matcha latte, the heart of this drink is a signature berry jam made right here in our kitchen. Our chefs prepare it to be sweet and fruity, and we add a generous amount to the base of the glass before pouring. It means every sip is balanced with real fruit flavour.

It’s great with full cream milk, but many of our regulars prefer it with an alternative like oat milk to let the berry notes stand out.

We keep it simple with a light dusting of matcha or coconut flakes—perfect for a morning walk along the Esplanade.
