Flight Night 002, the 16th. Pink Wine [AUS]. Rosé, but nothing poolside about it. Jimmy’s into the textural, full-bodied, deliberately oxidative end. Snacks in, from 5:30pm

Then a Sunday on the street. James St Food + Wine Trail, the 26th. Find our stall, and catch Phil on the Gourmet Traveller Chef Stage at midday.
