書法班（Chinese Calligraphy Class）

2026年新年伊始，生活美學團隊邀請書法老師余文賢先生在慈濟社區中心開設書法班，教授愛好國學的朋友們書法基礎訓練及各字體學習。2月26日正式開課，6人即可開班，歡迎大家踴躍參加。

**Today we are introducing Jing Si Tea!**

Jing Si Tea is carefully cultivated in the cool, pristine mountains of Taiwan, where the environment is pure and conditions are ideal. Grown and harvested by hand, this tea is truly a gift from nature.

To live in harmony with nature’s rhythm, only organic farming methods are used. No chemical fertilizers, insecticides, or herbicides are involved in the growing process. Tea leaves are hand-picked at the most suitable times of each season, preserving their natural aroma and vitality.

No preservatives, artificial colorings, or fragrances are added—only the original flavor of the tea leaves, clean and gentle.

Ingredients: Black Tea

Today we are introducing JingSi Herbal FuHua Liquid Packet!

Ingredients of the remedy:
Herbal Extract(Water, Kalabhangra, Old Ginger, Argyi Leaf, Chinese Red Dates, Dokudami, Balloon Flower, Ophiopogonis Radix, Safflower, Glycyrrhizae Radix, Perilla, Chrysanthemi Flos), Vitamin C.

It usually gives people strength after continuously taking this supplements. It slowly helps recurring strength to your body!

Directions:
Pour out Jing Si Herbal FuHua from the packet into a cup
Adding desired amounts of honey
Pour in 120 °F of warm water
Stir until dissolved

*Adding honey for better taste, especially for those, who is a first timer for the Chinese herbal tea
