Learning from Steve Sidd Catering HQ these opportunities only come thanks to the team at Foodie Coaches. Why do we take time away twice a year and catch up every week-it’s a desire to continuously improve what we do and how we do it. Thanks to our team who allow us to get away and do this!

Pizza night meets taco night for the rest of October 🌮

We’ve officially added three new Mexican specials for October.

We wanted to see how a few Mexican staples would taste off a hot wood-fired crust, so for the rest of the month we are serving up the Mexican, Beef Taco with sour cream and corn chips, and the Chipotle Beef with a smoky chipotle swirl.

Available all month long for dine-in and takeaway.

Weddings are easily our favourite events to cater. There's real magic in the locations, the love in the air, and being part of such an amazing experience is something we will never take for granted.

Here is a little look back at a recent wedding setup out in Obi Obi. Beautiful surroundings, great people, and fresh wood-fired food coming straight out of the oven.

Whether you are planning a Hinterland wedding, a private party, or a corporate event, our mobile wood-fired catering brings hot, hand-crafted food directly to your venue. Send us a DM or head to the link in bio to check date availability for your event!

School holiday afternoons call for a park hang and a hot wood-fired pizza! 🚚🔥

Our mobile pizza truck is rolling into Alderley this afternoon, firing up the oven on-site and slinging blistered, piping-hot pizzas straight off the trailer.

Skip the snack prep, grab a picnic rug, and bring the kids down to the park for an easy afternoon feast in the sun. Hot pizzas, cold drinks, and zero kitchen cleanup required.

📍 THIS AFTERNOON: 130 Shand Street, Alderley

See you soon!

Nothing better than a burger... until you see two of them 👀🍔

Look, everyone knows us for wood-fired pizzas, but if you’re sleeping on our burger menu, you’re missing out. We’re talking smashed beef, chicken and melted cheese, stacked fillings, and soft toasted buns built for a proper mess.

Next time you can’t decide between pizza night or burger night... why not just get both?

Bardon, Ashgrove, and Alderley: we are firing up the oven in your neighbourhood this week 🍕

Catch the truck slinging hot feeds from 4:30pm at:
• Wednesday: 246 Fletcher Parade, Bardon
• Thursday: Amarina Avenue, Ashgrove
• Friday: 130 Shand Street, Alderley

Why stand over a hot stove when you can get proper stone-baked pizza prepped fresh right in front of you? We take our 48-hour fermented dough, stretch it by hand, and bake it over real timber fires for that authentic wood-fired crunch.

Come down and say hey! 👋
