A little look back at our Bastille Day celebration 🥂🇫🇷

Champagne, great food, beautiful french wines and french songs… all the ingredients for a fantastic evening celebrating French culture.

A huge thank you to Melissa Western and John Reeves for bringing such a wonderful atmosphere to the night with their live French music.

And, of course, thank you to everyone who joined us. We loved celebrating Bastille Day with you.

From 8–11 July, discover one of France’s most celebrated gastronomic regions through a menu inspired by the heart of Bordeaux.

Enjoy a classic Bavette Grillée with Sauce Marchand de Vin and silky potato purée, before finishing with an authentic Canelé de Bordeaux, delicately flavoured with rum and vanilla.

Follow the Tour de France one region at a time and experience the flavours that make French cuisine so unique.

🇫🇷 The Tour de France begins… and so does our culinary journey. 🚴🍷

From 4 July, follow the world’s greatest cycling race through the flavours of France.

At every stage of the Tour, Hervé’s will showcase a new region with a menu inspired by its local specialties, paired with carefully selected French wines. A new destination, new dishes and a new culinary experience await each week.

Our journey begins in Barcelona, where the Grand Départ takes place, with Gambas al Ajillo featuring habanero-spiced Mooloolaba prawns.

One race. One country. Endless flavours.

We’re also proud to be part of So France So Good, a celebration of French culture, gastronomy and events across Australia. 🇫🇷
