Initiatve of Redcliffe Youth Space. Connections Catering began in 2006 with a desire to prove private enterprise could operate both viably and ethically - by connecting business and values. At Connections Catering we strive to deliver a consistently professional, sincere and quality food service. Connections Catering is committed to building real, flexible and useful partnerships with our customers to meet catering needs for any occasion or function. We offer a range of menu types from breakfast buffets to corporate morning tea and lunch platters perfect for any meeting that might need to impress. Sit down dinner menus are also available. Special events are a favourite of ours as guests can mingle, connect and enjoy a broad range of cocktail style finger food. Catering operations are guided by a commitment to environmental, social and economic sustainability. Further, as Connections Catering grows our aim is to continue to employ local young people and provide them with skills and opportunities, which will in turn benefit and strengthen the local community and economy. We're so chuffed to have received these lovely words from Maree. For her family's special occasion, we delivered:

🧀 Grazing platters: Mazevo Platter, El Sabour Platter, Mediterranean Platter, Dip and Veggie Stick Platter and Fresh Fruit Platter.

🍣 Cold finger food: Assorted mini sushi rolls, including karaage chicken with aioli and salmon and avocado.

🥔 Hot finger food: Arancini balls, spring rolls with sweet chilli sauce and stuffed potato skins with bacon and cheese.
