Exciting news, the Precious Coffee bike will be back again tomorrow, we'll have coffee and fresh pastries tomorrow morning a 2 Stephens Street!!

So many wonderful neighbours came to say hello last weekend so we'll be back again tomorrow morning from 7.30am until at least noon!

We'll have the usual alternative milks, no decaf due to limited space, but we can do hot or iced coffee, and I'm sure a few baby chinos ☕️

Feel free to check out the progress, we've gotten a fair bit done this week.

Exciting news, the Precious Coffee bike has ben dusted off, literally, and we'll have coffee and fresh pastries tomorrow morning a 2 Stephens Street, Annerley! Our little slice of heaven 😍

All the lovely messages from the community inspired me to get coffee going much sooner than planned and we're so excited to meet all our new neighbours tomorrow morning from 7.30am until at least noon!

We'll have the usual alternative milks, no decaf due to limited space, but we can do hot or iced coffee, and I'm sure a few baby chinos, so come get a sneak peak at what we're up to next! ☕️

Exciting news, the Precious Coffee bike has ben dusted off, literally, and we'll have coffee and fresh pastries tomorrow morning a 2 Stephens Street, Annerley!

Precious Coffee (currently in Fortitude Valley Station) are hiring for a new site in North Quay.
We are looking for 2 baristas with a minimum or 2 years experience on the machine (not just in hospitality).
You will get to work with the great team in the Valley occasionally but the primary location will be North Quay. As such you must have high attention to detail when making coffee, exceptional customer service and the ability to deal easily with demanding customers, and impeccable personal presentation.
Hours will be 7am to 2.30pm with availability from 5.30am for days in the Valley (once a week after initial launch). Must be available for every weekday from Monday 26th. No weekends.

We're all set up and ready to open the doors!
This will be the first Precious Coffee Cafe after over 3 years of pop-ups all.over town!
A big thank you to the amazing team at for all the help support and encouragement, I'm thrilled youve been such a big part of the transition.
We can't wait to see all our old friends in our fancy new home.
Just coffee until January, then we will have amazing treats for every diet!

So after almost exactly 3 years of being mobile, we're finally putting down permanent roots!

Most of you know we've been working with the JLL team at Valley Metro Retail for some time now, and we've made so many beautiful friends in Fortitude Valley so we are thrilled to make it our first full-time home!

Key collected and colour samples picked for the next step in the Precious Coffee journey with Precious Coffee, Cafe & Deli at Valley Metro Retail.

It won't be long now, we'll keep you posted with pics and dates as we go!

Thanks to everyone who has supported us over the years, we wouldn't get to do what we love without you ☕️🤎
