Hello to all of our wonderful locals, friends, and everyone who has walked through the doors of our three venues over the past decade!
It’s never fun riding the ups and downs of small business. At the heart of most small businesses are just a couple of people giving it everything they’ve got, and Greg and I are no different.
We met when we were 24 and 27, both working in hospitality, and we always talked about one day owning a venue together. We wanted to create places that people loved coming to, places that felt welcoming, and places that gave back to the community. Looking back we’re really proud of what we’ve built.
Over the years, we’ve met so many incredible people and built an amazing team of staff who feel like family. We have had the privilege of supporting local schools, sporting clubs and charities. Our focus has always been on bringing people together and making special moments within our walls.
Like so many small businesses though, we’ve reached a point where we simply can’t absorb the rising costs associated with running a business any longer. We’ve held off for as long as we could, but we’ve had to make some small price increases across our venues.
We want to keep delivering the same quality food, drinks and service that we are to grateful to have become known for. And in order to do that, we have had to make these adjustments.
If you’re able to, we’d love for you to continue supporting not only us, but all of your local small businesses. Whether it’s grabbing a coffee, coming in for dinner, or simply popping in to say hello, every visit means more than you probably realise.
Thank you for supporting us over the past 10 years, and even earlier. We never take it for granted, and we can’t wait to continue to welcome you through our doors for many more decades to come.
🤍 Greg & Georgia
