I recently received this amazing review from a beautiful customer staying at The Kiln House. Thanks Catherine for letting me post it.

We used Nat for my mother-in-laws 70th dinner to cater for 12 of us for dinner at the Kiln Houses. From the start to the finish, Nat was amazing. She helped suggest dishes that would be appropriate for both adults and kids but that still felt special enough for the occasion. Nat incorporated lovely local produce showcasing some of the areas delicious cheeses, fish and even fruits which was a great way to experience the area. On the day of the dinner, Nat dropped platters of nibbles off for us early in the day so that we could enjoy them at a relaxed pace prior to dinner. On the actual night, Nat and her sister arrived to cook and were both very professional and discrete in preparing the meal. The food was absolutely delicious - restaurant quality - and was devoured by everyone. It was the perfect meal. After the meal, everything was done including any leftovers packaged up for us to have the next day (on which they were just as yummy) and all we had to do was put the dishwasher on. We couldn't have asked for better service, food and a great dinning experience, not to mention lovely company!. We would highly recommend Nat.

Dinner tonight - it's kangaroo pie w/ mushy peas. Thanks S.A the pie floater is a true winner! Short crust pastry made with lard is so old fashioned but was so crispy and delightful, I'm going to make it a staple. Kids loved it too.
