We’re on the lookout for an experienced FOH professional to join the team at Hometown.

Hometown is a busy, high-energy pizza focused restaurant / bar with a strong local following, a great beer garden, and a reputation for doing things properly — good food, good service, good people.

This role is ideal for someone who:
• Is hands-on and leads from the front
• Thrives in a fast-paced service environment
• Knows how to build, train and motivate a strong FOH team
• Cares deeply about guest experience and consistency
• Is organised, calm under pressure, and professional without being stiff

The Role
• Contribute to day-to-day FOH operations
• Lead service and set the tone on the floor
• Work closely with ownership and kitchen leadership
• Maintain high standards across service, systems and culture
