No two days are ever the same at the Bridgey, from cruisy lunch services & vibrant nights to functions, live music & a busy weekend trade, we’re looking for someone who can keep calm under pressure, bring great energy to the team & help deliver exceptional customer experiences every shift 🌟
About the Role
• Casual position (Lvl 5) averaging approximately 32 hours per week
• Opportunity to progress into a full-time role for the right candidate
• Lead & support a large FOH team
• Take control of service operations in the absence of the Restaurant Manager
• Help drive a positive, professional & fun workplace culture
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
• Has previous hospitality leadership or supervisor experience
• Is confident managing busy services & large teams
• Leads by example & isn’t afraid to jump in wherever needed
• Brings strong communication & organisational skills
• Has a positive attitude & thrives in a high-energy environment
• Loves hospitality, people & creating memorable guest experiences
