There are some big changes coming to our menu soon and if you made it this far you get a little insight... we have been experiencing some big problems with our bread supply recently which has pushed me over the edge! The Bread Saga is ongoing and I have made the decision to take the Italian Sandwiches off the menu 🥺😬 I hate serving bread that is sub-par and it has been so hard to source quality Italian bread that i am giving up!! But don't worry!! The Reuben, Cheeky Chicken and Conti are here to stay! Plus there will be a new Vego option in the cabinet too... We are focussing our attention on our Specials Menu and on extending Breakfast, so don't worry... Cafe Squsito will still fill your bellies and have you leaving feeling content, nourished and loved.... just like when you have lunch at Nonna's Table

We have sad news, guys 🥺

Most of you will know our Beautiful Megan, who makes the most delicious coffees and always has a smile for everyone.. well, she has the audacity to be leaving us!!

I had the absolute pleasure of meeting Megan when she came to do a trial with me in the Early Birdie Coffee Van down at the River Park close to two years ago. She has been my absolute super star ever since and, quite honestly, I don't know where i would be right now without her. She is the most wonderful young woman, full of life, love and the most motivation I have ever seen in anyone! I know she will go far in whatever field she chooses (oh yes, she is a woman of MANY talents) and i wish her all the very best of absolutely everything forever and ever.

You're Bridgetown Mum is going to miss you, darlin!! 🥹🥹

Megan will be off on FRIDAY, so come down, grab a delicious cuppa and wish her luck in her pursuits!

Cathy has made a delicious creamy polenta cake with roasted eggplant and capsicum, housemade tomato ragu and topped with cheese! Yum!

We had a great time providing a course for the Umami Winter Fest at Bridgetown Pottery-Restaurant in the weekend! Cafe Squisio made a delicious Pumpkin Gnocchi in Sage and Truffle Butter, topped with more Truffle and parsley 🤤🤤🤤

I got to meet the Beautiful Bonnie, Bridgetown's very own Truffle Hunter 😍
