Prawns, fresh mango, avocado, sesame rice noodles and a punchy mango, chilli & lime dressing. Fresh, zingy and basically spring on a plate.

House-made waffle, fresh mango, honeycomb ice cream, passionfruit cheesecake, burnt white chocolate rocks, fresh mint & edible flowers. Absolute sunshine.

This is why we do what we do.

Hospitality is a feeling. It’s a heartbeat. (Yes, I just slightly butchered a Dirty Dancing quote 😂)

But in all seriousness, hospitality has never just been about coffee, food or what lands on a plate.

It’s about connection.

It’s about making someone feel welcome. Remembered. Looked after.

It’s the conversations across the counter, the familiar faces who become friends, the celebrations we get to be part of, and the tiny moments we probably don’t even realise have meant something to someone.

And then a review like this comes along and reminds us that those little moments matter.

After 10 years in hospitality, THIS is still the stuff that makes my heart absolutely explode with happiness.

To know that something we created, and more importantly, something our team created, made someone feel this way… there really aren’t words.

This is the heartbeat of hospitality.

House brisket, caramelised onion, spinach, melted smoked provolone + perfectly poached eggs, smothered in our green chilli & beer hollandaise, all piled high on a salted pretzel. 🤤

Salty. Smoky. Cheesy. Saucy. And made even better paired with an ice-cold local beer. 🍺
