This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to support the day-to-day operations of our venue.

💫Position Details
• Permanent Full-Time
• 38 hours per week
• Annual Salary: $95,000
• 5 weeks paid annual leave

📝Key Responsibilities
• Assist with the daily management and operation of the venue.
• Lead, supervise, and support staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant legislation.
• Oversee closing procedures.
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally.
• Maintain high standards of presentation, safety, and operational efficiency.

‼️Essential Requirements
• Current NSW RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol).
• Current NSW RCG (Responsible Conduct of Gambling).
• Current unrestricted driver's licence.
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
