Can you hear that? The crackle of the wood, the hiss as local ingredients hit the grate, and the quiet hum of a Branxton evening beginning to unfold.

There’s a certain magic that only happens when fresh produce meets an open flame. At Smallshaws, we’re not just grilling; we’re honouring a tradition of fire-kissed cooking that brings out deep, smoky flavours you simply can’t get anywhere else. Think perfectly charred textures, tender interiors, and that unmistakable aroma of a real wood fire. 🥩

This isn’t just dinner; it’s an invitation to slow down and ‘stay’ in the glow. Whether you’re here for the first spark or the final embers, we’re selling the feeling of warmth and true hospitality.

Warm up your weekend with us:

Hear that crunch?
Our Korean Fried Chicken Burger is officially calling your name. Picture this: perfectly crispy chicken, glazed in that signature sticky gochujang spice, topped with fresh slaw, garden herbs, and cool soy mayo.

It’s the ultimate weekend vibe. Grab a side of golden fries and pair it with a crisp, cold schooner of beer or our renowned fresh juices. You know you want to. 🍻🍔

(GFO available for our gluten-free friends! 🙌)

It's hard to believe, but my time as owner of Maitland St Collective is coming to an end. My last day will be Saturday the 10th Jan.

I want to thank our loyal customers, staff, friends, and family for their support. This place has been my passion, and I'm so grateful to have had the chance to have my dream job.

Memories made here will stay with me forever. Don't worry, some of our favorite faces will still be here with the new owner and so will some of your go-to menu items.
Swing by this week for a visit☕✨

I will still be offering catering via jump on and follow if you haven't already🌸
