Since we got the Food trailer, the working life in festival is getting a bit easier for opening and closing time. It kept us warm during winter, the kitchen heat keep us active, the ambience kept us moving, the crowd gave us motivation. All of these factors are matter to us, we need the support one way or the other.
We continue to keep up the standard, the speed, the quality of our service.
Besides, when it come to the better facilities, we need to introduce better food options for our customers beside our famous Skewers.
We introduce the shoestring fries and the crispy tofu for our vegan friend.

Our customer came today to give us compliment. He said” our food was top notch” and asked where is the based ? However, the night was so busy, we could not keep up with the line
Some of our customers waited more than an hour to receive their food, the fryer could not keep up with the demand.
So many apologies, so many compensations, so many stresses, so many things that got out of hands. It is ok today I bought another deep fryer, and hope to bring out the best of the best service we can provide.
Another day another fight, let’s clean up and ready for another new day.

In BanMe in Braddon we would like our customers to experience the real Robusta coffee from our Ban Mê Town where we are largest province to grow and export coffee to all around the world.
This type of coffee is growing on the red soil so it quite strong and explode in flavour. It goes very well with condense milk to smooth it out

Key note: earthy, berry, dark chocolate.
