Connor Beisler representing Australia in Bakery, and our very own William Nickl representing Australia in Patisserie at the Global Skills Challenge at Wollongong TAFE.

This event is the lead-in competition to WorldSkills Shanghai in September, bringing together some of the best young tradespeople from around the world to test their skills on the international stage.

What an incredible achievement for both Connor and William. We know how much dedication, hard work and passion goes into reaching this level, and we couldn’t be prouder to see William wearing the green and gold.
