Introducing Casey, Salters new chef
Fresh from working under Neil Perry as one of his pastry chefs at Margaret in Double Bay. He is passionate about all things baking and pastries, come and try the amazing desserts that will be gracing the tables of Salters diners!
Casey will be bringing elements of his experience in the fine dining scene in Sydney to the Salters menu, all in the beautiful setting of our antique cafe
He loves a colourful apron so you won’t miss him in the kitchen. Be sure to say hi next time you’re in!
