To all of our wonderful customers,
It’s with a heavy heart that we announce Onelia’s Place will be closing our doors permanently on Tuesday 5th September.
This hasn’t been an easy decision for us to make… Of course we lost our beautiful Narelle in 2021, and have had many hurdles to overcome over the past few years. COVID-19 being the biggest struggle, as it was for a lot of small, family-owned businesses. Despite these challenges, we were determined to continue trying to provide a warm and welcoming place for you to enjoy a cuppa, a meal and some laughs with friends & family. However, we have never fully recovered from the aftermath of COVID-19, and the impact it had on our business, and as such we’ve had to make the extremely difficult decision to close our doors for good.
Please know we tried our hardest to find alternatives and come up with ways to remain open, but it just isn’t feasible anymore.
This marks the end of a long and crazy journey for our family. From Rossco’s Valley Coffee Lounge days in Lithgow Plaza, to Onelia’s Place in Main St for the past 11 years, we’ve been through a lot with our staff and our customers. We have seen and experienced your families expanding, the loss of friends as they pass, your birthday celebrations, anniversaries, graduations and everything else in between, and it has been an absolute honour to be a part of.
To all staff past and present, and all of our wonderful customers throughout the years - thank you. We couldn’t have operated without your help, support and patronage.
It has been a wonderful experience serving this community for the past 25 years, we will miss you all.
