Duty Manager at Bowen Hotel!
We are looking for a flexible and talented SUPERSTAR to join our team. An exciting career opportunity exists for a Duty Manager at Bowen Hotel for a go-getter that wants to constantly exceed guest expectations!
Bowen Hotel has a solid core customer base and continues to grow due to our amazing team with a “can-do” attitude! With the guidance of the Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for the daily on-premise operations of this hotel. If you have experience in gaming operations along with demonstrated industry experience and looking for a step up, you are encouraged to apply.
This role will entail maintaining the high standard of customer service that the hotel is known for; cash handling, till and EFTPOS operation and Keno operation; hotel compliance; stock control and maintaining smooth operation of the hotel in the Manager's absence.
You must have experience in F&B, Gaming and Keno. You should hold a current RSA, RSG, RMLV and Approved Manager Licence (or be willing to obtain).
